Can you forgive and forget ?

Was browsing through my mail 9587message(unread), i've read partial of it only, after reading some of them, i decide to post this... i found it meaningful,

There once was a little boy who had a bad temper.

His Father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the back of the fence.

The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence.

Over the next few weeks, as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.

Finally the ! day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all. He told his father
about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.

The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails
were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence He said, "You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out.

I wonder people out there whoever brought "branded stuffs", isst because they are "branded?"
To me,
Firstly, Quality of product? can use it for more than 5 years or longer, unlike those bag that brought on the street, easily spoiled.
Secondly, Fashionable yet wouldn't get outdated
Thirdly, still can sell it for 2nd hand, unlike those bag that brought on the street cant sell it for 2nd hand..

When a kiss is not just a kiss ,

Among humans, the future of kissing seems an open question...
In our liberated era, have we become so quick to get past the kiss and further into lovemaking that we have devalued the icons, wis-dom and traditions of our ancestors???
If so, this is a horrifying situation. it must be stopped. Kissers of the world, unite..

" A kiss is a blast of information that you are sending out and information that you're recieving. "

Basically, it's a mate assessment tool. Much of the cortex is devoted to picking up sensations from around the lips, cheeks, tongue and nose. Out of 12 cranial nerves, five of them are picking up the data from the mouth.
It is built to pick up the most sensitive feelings, the most intricacte tastes and smells and touch and temperature. And when you're kissing somebody, you can really hear them and see them and feel them. So kissing is not just kissing. It is a profound advertisement of who you are, what you want and what you can gave.

So seb, when kissing, cortisol levels drop for both sexes, meaning that kissing does in fact reduce stress.

Kissing = de-stress
De-stress = desserts (Sweet Course)

*ATTENTION*
Kiss more often yea!! HAHAAHA

Be Strong , Girl (:

Stop dwelling on the past and move on. It's only making you and everyone around you unhappy when you open up old wounds. Those affected by the incident have all gotten over it, so why do you still insist on revisiting those saddening thoughts?

How to dance in the rain...

It was a busy morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his 80’s arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb.

He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00am. I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before someone would be able to see him.

I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since I was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound. On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.

While taking care of his wound, I asked him if he had another doctor’s appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry. The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife.. I inquired as to her health. He told me that she had been there for a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer’s Disease.

As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late.He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognized him in five years now.

I was surprised, and asked him, ‘And you still go every
morning, even though she doesn’t know who you are?’

He smiled as he patted my hand and said,’She doesn’t know me, but I still know who she is.’

I had to hold back tears as he left, I had goose bumps on my arm, and thought,’That is the kind of love I want in my life.’

True love is neither physical, nor romantic.
True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been, will be,and will not be.

The happiest people don’t necessarily have the best of
everything; they just make the best of everything they have.
